I had a mix of experiences at River Spirit Casino Resort. While the customer service was stellar and the spa was a true highlight, I was disappointed with the gaming options and the noise level in the casino at times. The food was decent, especially at the Fireside Grill, but the pool area could've been better managed during peak times.

I had a fantastic stay at the River Spirit Casino Resort. The room I got on the 25th floor showcased amazing views of the city and river. It was clean, stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, I did have trouble with the room temperature and initially missed having a blanket on the bed. Overall, it was a nice experience.
